You can place your order through our trusted Etsy shop, where you’ll benefit from secure checkout, buyer protection, and a range of payment options.

Alternatively, we are happy to take direct orders, where we offer a small discount. Simply message us to arrange this.

Do you offer payment plans?

For direct orders, we can offer a deposit option, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.

We do not offer formal payment plans directly due to regulations, however you can use Klarna via Etsy, which allows you to spread the cost into instalments.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes — changes can be made up until production begins. Once your piece is in production, we are unable to make changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request a cancellation. However, for bespoke items, we reserve the right to retain any costs already incurred. Please message us as soon as possible.

What delivery service do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. You can upgrade to Special Delivery at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Ashes: approx. ½ teaspoon
  • Hair/Fur: a small lock
  • Breastmilk: approx. 20ml

Only a small amount is needed, and any unused material will be returned.

Will my inclusions be returned?

Yes — any unused inclusions will be safely returned to you, often within a complimentary keepsake.

Breastmilk is preserved using a special preservation process before being set into the resin, ensuring it remains stable and long-lasting.

📮 Sending Your Inclusions

How do I send my inclusions?

You can request one of our collection kits, which includes everything needed to safely send your inclusions.

Alternatively, you can send them yourself.

How should I package them?

If not using our kit:

  • Place inclusions in a secure sealed bag or container
  • Clearly label everything
  • Send using a tracked postal service

What if my inclusions are lost in the post?

While rare, this is the responsibility of the postal service. We strongly recommend sending only a small amount and using tracked and signed or Special Delivery.

How do you prevent contamination?

All inclusions are handled with the utmost care:

  • Only one order is worked on at a time
  • Materials are clearly labelled and stored separately
  • Dedicated tools and clean workspaces are used for each piece

What necklace lengths do you offer?

Standard lengths are 16", 18", or 20". Longer chains can be quoted upon request.

What if I don’t know my ring size?

We can send a ring sizer to help you find the correct fit.

Yes — engraving is available on selected items, depending on space

How long does it take?

On average, items take around 2 weeks, but this may be longer during busy periods or seasonal breaks.
Gold (Luxe) items typically take longer due to their bespoke nature.

Will I see my piece before it’s finished?

Yes — we provide photos for approval before sealing, allowing changes where possible.

Yes — however, as with all jewellery, daily wear may cause gradual wear over time.

Can it get wet?

We recommend avoiding full submersion in water, as this may affect the resin over time. Occasional splashes are fine.

Care instructions are included with every order, along with a cleaning cloth. We also offer care kits for purchase.

Do you offer repairs or warranty?

Yes — we offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
