Repairs Outside of Warranty

Even if your jewellery is no longer covered by our warranty, we're always happy to help where possible.

If your keepsake becomes damaged, simply get in touch with us. We'll inspect the jewellery and advise whether a repair can be carried out. If a repair is possible, we'll provide a quotation before any work is undertaken.

We know your jewellery carries memories that cannot be replaced, and we'll always do our best to help restore your treasured keepsake whenever possible.
