Most purchases are made through our trusted Etsy shop. This allows us to manage stock and offer a secure checkout experience, including:

  • Buyer protection
  • Secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna
    (Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into instalments, making it easier to invest in a meaningful piece at your own pace.)

Alternatively, we are happy to take direct orders, where we offer a discount as a thank you. Direct payments can be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Debit or credit card
  • PayPal

📝 After You Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order form via email. This allows you to personalise your piece to ensure your jewellery is created exactly as you envision.

We offer a collection kit to make this process simple and safe. This includes:

  • Secure packaging for your inclusions
  • Clear instructions
  • A prepaid return envelope

Alternatively, you can send your inclusions using your own packaging if preferred. We recommend sending only a small amount, as only a tiny quantity is needed. All materials are handled with the utmost care and respect throughout the process.

Once your inclusions are received, your piece is carefully handcrafted. Each stage is completed with precision and care to ensure a high-quality, lasting finish.

As all items are made to order, turnaround times may vary depending on the design, with gold (Luxe) pieces typically taking longer due to their bespoke nature.

🎁 Packaging, Care & Aftercare

Each piece is beautifully presented in our branded packaging, carefully prepared for gifting or safekeeping.

You also have the option to enhance your order with:

  • An inclusions certificate, with optional photos
  • A gift card with your personalised message

🤍 Support & Care

To help you care for your jewellery, we include aftercare instructions with every order, ensuring your piece remains as beautiful as the day you receive it. We also offer a jewellery care range to help keep your piece looking its best.

For added peace of mind, we provide support and repairs within 12 months for any issues relating to manufacturing faults or workmanship. (This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.)
